Where it goes wrong

You lose customers in places you never look.

  • You do not know whether you are found, because you always search from your own address on your own device.
  • Your quotes sometimes land in spam and you only hear about it when a customer mentions it.
  • Nobody tells you which of the thirty things you could do actually matters this month.

What we do about it

One scan that checks everything and sets the order.

  • Seven areas, more than thirty checkpoints, weighted by what they are worth to a small business.
  • Every finding says what is there, what it costs you, and what to do about it. In plain language.
  • On top of that we read whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot mention you when someone asks about your service.

All in one place

Seven areas, weighted by what they are worth.

Visibility weighs heaviest because that is where the customers come from. Email weighs least, but when it breaks nothing reaches you at all. Below is exactly what each area means for your score.

  • Visibility20%Titles, structure, sitemap, your Google profile and structured data
  • Website & Speed15%Load time, page weight, mobile behaviour, real Chrome figures
  • Reputation & Reviews15%How many reviews, how recent, and whether you answer them
  • Measuring & Conversion15%Analytics, cookie banner, contact points, where enquiries land
  • Security & Trust15%Https, certificate, headers, privacy statement
  • Social media12%Which channels you link to, and whether those profiles are still alive
  • Email & Domain8%Whether your mail arrives, and whether someone can send in your name

How the answer reads

How the answer reads

No "improve your authority". What is there, why it costs you customers, and what to do about it. Three findings below, worded as they appear in a report.

Your Google profile says you are open on Sunday. Your website says you are not.

Customers who find a closed door write a review about it. Set Sunday to closed in your business profile; it takes five minutes and it fixes the holidays for the rest of the year at the same time.

Needs work

Your most recent review is five months old.

Three quarters of people only look at reviews from the last three months. So your stars barely count any more. Ask three customers you helped recently, this week.

Could be better

Your site loads in 1.4 seconds on mobile.

That is better than most sites in your sector. Nothing to do here.

Good

What AI says

Are you mentioned when someone asks an assistant?

More and more people put their question to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot instead of Google. Those answers name a handful of businesses, and the rest do not exist. We ask forty questions your customers would ask and look at who ends up in the answer.

  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Copilot

This sits beside the seven areas and does not count towards your score.

what this scan can and cannot see

Transparent about the method

The scan assesses what a visitor and a technical check can observe publicly. A CRM, pixel or consent banner may sit behind a login, Tag Manager or consent. If we cannot determine something reliably, it does not reduce your score.

  • Measured: homepage, headers, DNS, TLS, robots.txt and sitemap.
  • Not guessed: hidden CRM links, campaign settings and your current Google review score.
  • Snapshot: results can change when your website or DNS changes.

Frequently asked questions

No. You can view your first analysis without an account. Sign up to save your dashboard and start the full audit.

This marketing quick scan analyses the publicly visible technical and marketing signals of your homepage and domain in 60 seconds. You get a score per area and concrete fixes. Hidden systems, such as a server-side CRM connection, are not guessed and do not reduce your score.

Nothing. The scan is completely free and without obligation, with no trial period and no small print. You do not need an account or a credit card.

Around 30 to 60 seconds. You get the result straight on your screen, with no waiting.

More than 30 signals across 7 areas: technology and speed, search visibility, social links, visible reviews, tracking and conversion signals, email configuration and security. The scan uses live public data; anything that cannot be verified from the outside is marked as information and is not penalised.

The scan automatically checks whether your domain has a valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC record. Those are the three settings Gmail and Outlook have required for reliable delivery since 2024. If they are missing, your quotes and newsletters land in spam sooner and others can send email in your name.

The scan is reliable within its scope: publicly visible data from your homepage, headers and DNS. It remains a technical snapshot, not a replacement for Search Console, Analytics or a manual marketing audit. Unverifiable integrations do not reduce your score.

Only publicly available information is scanned. If you request the full report, your contact details are used solely to follow up on that report. No spam, no reselling.

60 seconds. Zero obligations. Possibly a bit of a gulp.
