Deleting your data

How to have the data Marketing Scan keeps about you or your connections deleted.

  1. 1. Delete your account yourself

    Log in and open Account, Account verwijderen (delete account) at the top right. Type your email address to confirm. Your account, projects, scans, work items and all your connections are deleted immediately, your weekly email and reminders stop and you get one short confirmation by email. We keep nothing unless the law requires it.

  2. 2. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

    Log in, open your project and go to Social channels. Click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram. We immediately delete the access token and the stored statistics of that platform.

  3. 3. Remove the app in Facebook

    In Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. Remove Marketing Scan. Our access ends immediately. To also have the data we already stored deleted, use step 1, 2 or 4.

  4. 4. Have all your data deleted

    Email info@marketingscan.be from your account's address with the subject "Delete my data". Within 30 days we delete your account, your projects, your Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connections and all related data, and confirm this by email.
